*yawns* tired like shit.
last two days were pretty crazy. =P portfolio submission and interview was today. think i did ok. hope i did ok. -.- lol.
finally caught click with the rest. was pretty good. i didnt dig the ending tho, sure it was a happy one.. but... a lil anti-climax maybe? worth watchin anyway. go catch it! =)
as usual, was fun hanging out with jams, tine and the rest. hahas. being retarded was fun too (looks to caleb). lol. ooh. and sheeby went too this time, quite an interesting individual; talks and behaves like jams, but doesnt look like her at all (they're sisters). -.- LOL. *shrugs* nice girl anw. hahas. tho im still not quite sure how to *ahem* pronounce her name. =P heh.
rushed back to do up my portfolio for the mock interview yesterday. didnt really get to sleep. -.- but it turned out ok in the end, so i guess it was kindda worth it. lol. hmns. many thanks to jia for the company, we should try to stop waiting till the last minute to do out work. hahas. =P
went straight to school aft tt, didnt do the mock interview in the end. -.- went home, wanted to finish up what i had left to do, but fell asleep instead. woke up at 8, rushed like hell, did the interview, managed to get to bleach93, slacked ard in school, went to marche. hahas.
we actually lost 2 cards there! which would've cost us $200. apparently the cleaner cleared the cards off the table together with our food. -.- damn suay. good thing some chap found it on the floor tho. damn lucky. -.- hahas. yeahs.. so things were ok in the end. =)

been thinking quite abit about the scholarship talk the other day. i know how un-cool this sounds, but i've come to realise how inspired i am from it. lol. not that im putting this.. inspiration into good use now lah. -.-
just watched pride and prejudice (when i actually should be doing work). i know. slow. =P great show anw. =) if you havent caught it, you should.
so yeah. about the talk. this lady whousedtostudyintpbutnowstudiesinnewyork came over to tp. apparently, she managed to get an SPH scholarship to go to the states to further her studies in film studies. damn cool la.
i know pigs dont fly, but im aiming for one of those anyway, i dont know where im going, or which scholarship im going for, but i told myself that im going to work for it. it'll be alot easier on my parents if i wanted to go overseas (and i do), plus! i'd have secured a career. of course there's the risks and considerations involved and all.. but yeah. i'll think about that later. =P for now im just going to work towards it.
which is why... i should start doing my assignments.. that the rest havee.. erm. already completed. -.-
gotta learn to run before i fly eh? heh.

Jamie's chalet.
new module in school started.
got to spend time with church buddies.
man u won *ahem* another match. heh.

Jamie's surprise birthday chalet was a blast. it sorta was an imd/moi endoblock ' gathering too. hahas. great bonding time. =) rawked! lol.
bought tons and tons of food the night before, dumped it all in weijie's and my house.
the day after, tine (Christine), leb (Caleb), weijie and i seasoned the chicken at his place... LOL.. okok wait. it was more like weijie's maid who did everything. -.- err. while we... erm. sang songs in weijie's room. LOL. *shrugs* wish i had a maid (?) =P
went back to my place aft that with the chicken (which realli stunk) to get the other stuff, plus my two bikes. and MY GOSH were they a bother. -.- had to find a way to get them over to pasir ris (nowaywasicyclingthere). lol. in the end weijie and i (with the help of my security guard) managed to squeeze two bikes into one cab. amazing. lol. cabs rawk. =P oh yeah.. thanks for takin care of my babies weijie. =P hahas.
the rest of the chalet was pretty much like any other chalet.. but was somehow funner. =) think it was the company and all. oh oh. it was the 1st one in a long time that was alcohol-free. =D goodshit. hurms. so yeah. aft that we brought the stuff and all to the chalet, settled in, started the fire, ate, talked, took pictures, made crazy marshmallow concoctions. LOL. bonding time ya noe? bonding. =)
brought the cake down with a horde of crazymadmonsters (which included me, of course. *winkswinks*) screaming (and i realli do mean screaming) the happy birthday song behind me. hahas. was really cool the way they planned it and all. Jams was really happy. hahas. goodshit. found the *aye jamie! what's that?!* way of getting jams to notice her present pretty cool. hahas. luggy gurl. =)
cake fight followed. nuff said. -.-
all in all, it was gre8 fun. hahas. oh oh oh. and im thinking one particular person deserves special mention. CHRISTINE HE SHIYI!! lol. she did a whole load of shit for the chalet. dont know if many noticed, so yeah. respect respect. =) oh, mavierick too, for booking the chalet and stuff. lol. was a realli nice chalet mindyou. =)

sucks. ok, the subject rawks, the lecturer's pretty good, but the goupings SUCK. in a supposed group of 5, my group had a grand total of, 3. thankGod for Ben's one of them. lol. sighs.. imma gonna suffer this block. Plus this, i think im losing my drive, so many blocks in a row without breaks is just a lil too much for me. but oh well, for the sake of my group, and not forgetting that above 3.0 gpa, i gotta keep going. really hope the results dont come out like shit. gotta really thank God for giving me the strenth and guidance i needed to come this far. =)

played squash again! this time with jia, tine and leb. hahas. was kindda fun, dispite how tired i was. jia and i played this totally absurd lame game aft the oth two left. wont go into details. -.- itz a lil too embarrassing. LOL. fun.

sucks. as in the movie. wasted $9.50! lol! natt and charm managed to fall asleep during the show. please dont watch it. =P lol. spent time with my church friends on friday night. hahas. been quite awhile since we last did. was great fun as usual. lol. (apart from the movie (yes it sucked that much)) headed over to the esplanade aft for some ice cream and erm.. bomb makin. LOL. *shhh* then we left for home.

right after that went over to jam's place for this surprise we planned for her. lol! a group of us stood at outside her house with a saralee cake and some flowers while we shouted the happy birthday song for her. at 12midnight! whahas.. was pretty cool. her real birthday was just yesterday. like i said, lugy gurl! hahas.

heh. so yeah. ttz basically it. a good week i would say. managed to spend time with tine, jam and gang alot more =) gotta know them better and all. fun ppl. :) respect respect.

i like unplanned days. lol. today was pretty unplanned. was good. heh.
started off like any other day. with miss.whd. lol. was like any other of her classes. learnt some new stuff about setting the mood through movements and shot angles while taking a video tho. consultation was better than usual tho, think she made some sense at least.
Squash after that with Pris, lol. been a forever since i played with her. was good catching up a lil. missed those times we used to play every fridayy! =) was kinnda awed by her huge improvements. Got trashed like mad monster king. lol.
Met John after that, had lunch. then.. lol. played lan. 4 hours straight. shoke.
Had dinner with an old friend later on. was justt like old times. lol. talked alot. learnt alot. decided quite abit. was all good. yeahhhss... oh.. and nice to hear you settled stuff with your guy in the end. =) lol.
so yeah, ttz pretty much of the nostalgic shit today. came home, watched bleach (again), reached epi65. real good stuf. good day. =)

met my cousin's friend while in camp, Ben. he's this ubber random guy. lol. one of the guys that made the camp real fun. just had to quote some of his silly erm, quotes.

then there was this one, we had to form the word TPSU using our bodies kindda thing, and he was part of the 'U' while my cousin and i were the 'S'. He came over and said.

hello. last three days have been crazy. lol. most of it was real fun tho.
had filming on friday for my final video module assignment. flew down to expo with caleb and jiayi for the planetshakers concert with my abide2 and the rest after that. was great. really truly good. not as good as last year's synergise conference one tho. but still, what's better than gathering to praise God in a way like that eh? heh. really happy jiayi came. will continue praying for you gal, and that one day u'll come to know him like we do. =)
well then, rushed down to tpsu's sub-comm training camp, yep, straight after all that jumping and screamin. lol. was really hyper for some reason then for some strange reason. probably partly overflow from the high of worship and partly coz i was in the same group as john and caleb. hahas! yeah john and caleb and i, in one group. damn shoke can. lol.
camp wasnt really that fun (it was a *training* camp afterall), but i guess i really really enjoyed myself then, more than i have in a longggg time. =) was probably the company that made the whole differenece, we were crazy i tell u. CRAZY. lol! and my group rawked;
ivy. whahas.. didnt really like the name at first, but i guess it kindda grew on me. we were one totally crazy and random group, my favourate kindda team. heh. made a few new good friends here and there too. lol. might give more details later on. =P
but for now, seeing that itz 5:13am, and i have a socio presentation 2mr, im thinking i should keep this short. lol. so anyhow, like i said, i really enjoyed the camp. Sure, it was supposed to be hard on us, since it was a training camp and all. but i guess it was more of a much needed break for me. I havent let lose like i did in camp for wayy too long. lol. yays.
man i'm tired.

im at bleach 49. that's 50 (well, almost) episodes in 4 days. overdose. lol. guess it's probably the thing that keeps me going.
block system sucks. and im getting sick of it. you know how it is sometimes when u just dont feel like doing any work? at all? im starting to feel that alot more of late. and theres still one whole block more to go. ugh.
oh yeah. happy birthday Singapore. first time in a long while i spent at home alone tonight. no crowds, no fireworks. just me.
video idea presentation's tomorrow, with nothing to present. gonna start doing what i can after this. hope i dont let the group down.

im sick. heres a super sum-med (pronounced some-merd orsomethinglikethat) entry for you guys.
weekend was fine.
saturday. socio test was relatively.. not difficult (compared to the last one). cell was good. supper sucked -.- lol.
sunday. service was pretty interesting, would've been even better if i didn't fall asleep tho. lunch with parents was pretty good, managed to get some new clothes. project meeting was fun as usual. lol.
oh. and i started this new anime called bleach, never liked it at first, now im just simple addicted to it. i know it's not much to some, but i managed to finish 20episodes in 2 days. lol. just 70 more to go before i catch up with the rest. =)
still havent managed to settle what i intended to. just.. cant seem to find the right time. or maybe that's just an excuse. maybe its just fear.

There's this socio test 2mr, and i totally am not in the bloody mood to study (thustheentry). It's 1:09am, and i haven't even touched the book. Probably nvr going to, till i realise it's too late. hahas. ohwell. *shrugs*
that seems like how i've been livin most of my life recently, letting things slip right through my fingers like that. i should try to slow down. got loads to settle, and loads to do. Just gotta find the time to catch up with my life.
went shopping today, was a pretty sad trip, considering that i forgot to bring any cash along. -.- was real good fun tho. heh.
got home realll tired, feels like i've been running a never ending marathon. and it isnt just physical.

hahas.. guess i can say we went thru quite abit to get this one done with. =) got to know so much more about everyone in the group. Production was fun (like eveything with them=P), but it wasnt without it's tense moments.
turned out real good tho. =) everyone went home happy. lol. especially after our chicken rice + movie dinner package. lol.
Once again. apologies to the group for when i did things that wern't really.. yeah.
and a bigg thanks to M&m (meaning matthew and maveric-.-) for being our talents. Our video would be nothing but pointless shots of werid places without you guys. heh.

so.. blog's finally up. Props to Jia and the fella who designed this skin. nice right? heh.
loads have happened since u left, and you probably already know the jist of it all.. but heres an update anw. i guess i owe you that much.
Prom happened in December that year, was a blast. heh. was realll tough on the prom comm. i mean.. with the anti-prom group? lol. but it turned out great anw. loads more came than expected, all lookin reali pretty. take a peek at chuanyee's blog for a more detailed sum up of the night : http://16green-vinyls.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_16green-vinyls_archive.html =) the Dec09 entry.
my 3mths in MI were after that, was fun i tell you. safe to say some of the funnest days ever were then. heh. formed bonds with my classmates and all. oh oh, and we still meet up every once in awhile. weeyong and i were in the same class.
Started gymming with clarence ard that time. hahas.. we were really crazy those days, had enough discipline to do our sessions 3 times a week..
things have changed since then. -.-
Poly life commenced not long after. 1st sem was pretty uneventful i guess.
Joined the student union, made new friends, lost contact with old ones. did ok (ithink?)results wise.
sem2 was pretty different. most of it was a blur to me, skipped a week and a half of school to go on a mission trip to thailand with the church, failed french coz of that (will probably have a post bout the trip). it was well worth it mind you =P no regrets whatsoever.
hung out more with poly friends after that, had good times, and bad. went thru wuite a bit. pretty emo period u can tell. =P
had a really memorable sem break. oh. i worked in childcare. lol. for a month. the kids were reall cute. =) participated in the school wide orientation camp (FOC) as part of the ProgrammeComm and in the design orientation camp (DOC) as a GroupLeader.
Then year2 started off, pretty badly. Things are somewhat better now tho.
The school introduced this new "block system" where we do one subject a block(1month), and hand up our final assigment at the end of the "block". Smth like.. doing econs for 2months and taking ur A's for that subject at the end of that 2months. which... kindda really really REALLY sucked. havent slept well since then. lol. did loads of interesting subjects tho, like.. animation, designTrends, audio and storyboarding. yep.
so.. that's bascially it. my life since u left. in four paragraphs. =) just in case i left out anything before.
